Terms of Service

1. The service

costeffective.software lets you generate, edit and publish landing pages using AI, manage leads submitted through forms on your published pages, and optionally connect a custom domain. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free plan: includes a limited number of AI generations per month and page previews with a service badge.
• Pro plan: €17.99 per month, billed via Stripe. Includes a higher monthly generation limit, publishing, custom domains and badge removal.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. Prices may include VAT depending on your country. Statutory withdrawal rights for digital services apply where required by EU consumer law.

If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may downgrade your account to the Free plan, which can disable publishing-related features.

4. Fair use of AI generation

AI generations are metered per calendar month according to your plan. We may apply reasonable rate limits to keep the service stable and prevent abuse.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide (text, images, brand assets) and of the landing pages generated for you. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, display and host that content in order to operate the service — including processing it through our AI and hosting providers.

You are responsible for the content of your published pages: you must have the rights to all material you upload, and your pages must comply with applicable law, including consumer-protection and data-protection rules towards your own visitors.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content, malware, or phishing pages;
• collect personal data from visitors without a lawful basis and an adequate privacy notice;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules, where possible after notifying you.

7. AI-generated output

AI output can contain errors or imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing generated pages before publishing them. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users from similar prompts; we make no exclusivity guarantee for AI-generated material.

8. Leads and data of your visitors

Form submissions from your published pages are stored on your behalf and made available in your dashboard. For this data you act as data controller and we as processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms incorporate the data-processing commitments set out there.

9. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, AI providers, payments) outside our full control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for breaches of essential contractual obligations limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the content of pages you publish.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms. Upon account deletion your projects, published pages and stored data are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions about these Terms: support@costeffective.software.
